Return policy

1. Eligibility for Return
Items can be returned within 2 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items purchased during clearance or sale

3. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or product defects, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
